- No third-party sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information will only be used internally by NMG Law to communicate with you about your matter.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your case activity and communication needs. You may receive recurring messages.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NMG Law is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
- Opt-out. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts, unless you opt back in.
