NMG Law is a New Jersey immigration practice built on one simple premise — treat every client's case like it's your own family's.
Nicholas is the son of immigrants. He grew up inside the family's practice — first in paralegal and administrative roles, later as a practicing attorney — watching firsthand what it looks like when a lawyer treats a family's case the way they'd treat their own.
He earned his B.B.A. in Legal Studies in Business from Temple University's Fox School of Business before earning his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School. He went on to handle cases across the full spectrum of family-based immigration matters at a New Jersey firm before founding NMG Law.
In founding his own practice, Nicholas set out to do immigration work the way he believes it should be done: direct communication, plain language, and the same careful attention to every file — whether it's a fiancé visa or a complicated waiver. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Treat every client's case like it's your family's case. Communicate clearly. Never cut corners. That's the whole operating philosophy — there isn't a second page.
Immigration work is personal, technical, and deeply human all at once. These three commitments keep every case anchored — the small filings and the life-changing ones alike.
Immigration is personal — we understand that because we've lived it. Every case represents a family working to build a life together, and we treat it that way.
The immigration system is complicated enough. We explain the process in plain language, set honest expectations, and keep you informed at every step.
Petitions are won or lost on preparation. We're thorough with documentation, proactive about deadlines, and meticulous with every filing.
Tell us about your case. Nicholas will respond personally to schedule your conversation.
